Mindfulness moment 14. Feel the warmth of the sun on your back.
How does the sun feel as you walk outside? Can you feel its warmth on your back?
Take a breath and stay still for a moment, do you feel part of something bigger?
Can you imagine how far away the sun is, and where you are in its path?
Does it feel too hot to keep still? Do you feel the sun’s heat through your clothes too?
Create a shadow if you can, what does it look like?
Close your eyes for a moment, take a deep breath in and release.
Be grateful for this free warmth and the life it provides.
Each moment brings a new possibility.
